So when is this deal with Cunningham suppose to close?

And when should expect to get our 0.43 doggy treat? I don't think a major like Newmont is going to give us a second offer. That would show their hand and cause TUD and TUO to shoot up in price. The real event will be the PEA, Unfortunately, AMK will be gone by then and we'll have to ride TUD and TUO to a lessor extent.

It was supposed to close beginning of december but that looks to be delayed by about a month with the meeting being on Nov 27th now....end of december and possibly into the new year would be my guess....

Ford and Graz .. I might repectfully take the other side of that as a possibility if speculating here. Why would Newmont not want to grab the 20% here now? Push out early anyone else (this assumes any other "could" take this whole thing) from getting in as they lay TC  down as "theirs" now. I would imagine regardless that TUD and TUO would indeed move up with a Newmont
