AMK vote is on Nov 27th.  I believe that means the circular needs to be filed TODAY!!!!!!  I hope AMK will be careful in what they promise. I hope they will give specific details about GEM facility!  I hope they will confirm what CUnninghsams current cash positions is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this rumper flumper falls apart, the circular will be the strongest document to launch any action on...........................

Let's just make money and be positive!!! All 3 companies are solid guys. We've all done our research. Everyone knows the risks and possible returns. Exciting times, like stockmoves says we've got mojo right now! Ride it out before it shifts!

we can all agree that we luv the underlying assets............. but there are too many rumper flumpers here who say it doesnt matter if AMK deal goes through.........................it does matter imho......................if the rumper flumper flumps, AMK will be halved from current price............easily...........imho  ..............

I agree. If the deal was to fall through it would definitely hurt the  share price. Have you called GEM Anne had them explain the product they provided Cunningham? There is zero issue on there end in regards to this purchase, although they stated that it would be up to Cunningham. The money is available and was only dependent on the listing, nothing else. As of today they can spend that money

curtis, id like to see it in writing. the GEM deal is a token subscription agreement deal.  It is not a loan or line of credit. On that the disclosure has been clear despite what some have tried to unfairly skew. Cunninghsam has the right to sell GEM tokens at a discount and the amount they can sell is tied to trading volumes and market cap .........at least based on EVERY deal GEM has

exactly..........a token subscription agreement............GEM buys tokens at a discount and, for the most part, sells them in market for a profit................. The amount they will buy is tied to liquidity/volume......................if the facility was for 100 years, it might work!!!!!!
