Reality Check

TC ownership: TUD 60%, AMK 20%, TUO 20% (plus TUO owns tons of other stuff including NSR on TC!)

AMK bid price approx $210 million
TUD mkt cap approx $228 million despite owing 3x as much TC
TUO mkt cap approx $80 million despite owning same % in TC (without factoring other assets that are probably worth $50 million ++++++ and possibly much more)

If market thought AMK bid was real, TUD and TUO would be trading much much higher, that is common sense.

If AMK deal DOES go through (cough cough), TUD and TUO should, imho, have an initial move of at least 50% and as much as 100% (before any one bids for them....).  AMK will only have a 29% move.

If deal does not go through, AMK should take, imho, at least a 50% haircut ........................TUD and TUO?  maybe 10 or 15% if anything.

Even with AMK recent surge, mkt still suggesting good chance there is no deal....................30% upside shows that with a mere 3 weeks to go for Cunninghsam to come up with cash.

ALos important to note, that volume is anemic on AMK for a company with 450 million shares outstanding subject to a 43 cent bid that is supposed to close in mere weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all imho!!!!!!!!

So, if your TUD and TUO won't change if it doesn't go through, WHY are you so panicked about this??? You don't own any AMK remember? All you have are gains if it goes through.

I didnt say they wont go down.  What I said is the downside is a lot less than that on (AMK). BUt dont kid yourself, if Cunninghsam does NOT come up with the $$$$$$$$, the stink left on TC will be putrid. BTW, Cunninghsam has to SELL approx $10  million in tokens PER DAY unitl meeting day to come up with the $210 million..............from what i see on the 2 cryto exchanges they are ...more
