NGTG Questions

Hey folks, I've got many decades of experience in the junior resource market, but I know very little about crypto.  Can you confirm if I understand the NGTG token correctly? From what Ryan Cunningham says, I summarize as follows.  Please confirm if I am correct or not.

A) NGTG strategy is essentially to be a junior resource company, but instead of equity shares on an exchange, investors will hold NGTG coins.  This would broaden the shareholders and marketing appeal of the company to worldwide crypto exchanges.

B) The NGTG coins will be backed by gold-in-ground assets vs other crypto products that are backed by "perceived mathematical scarcity & marketing" or paper gold, or physical gold (for similar products).

C) NGTG holders can benefit from gold price rises (for gold-in-ground valuations), exploration success expanding ounces, and monetizing the cheaply acquired properties/assets (as in the case of AMK).  I.e. for this last point, buy cheap and await proper valuation.

D) Is there a formula to how many coins are released and distributed?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

No worries.  Don't know what you're going on about, unless you had a post removed. Folks here are welcome to their opinions; none of it will bother me. I know myself, all my posts are legitimate comments. I never short stocks; I don't like the margin risk, and the potential for unlimited losses. I sparingly use the Ignore button, because it's a pain in the butt not to know ...more

Great research & perfectly fine strategy Rockport, but my concern is TUO will be bought out dirt cheap like AMK. Absolutely could happen with TUD as well, I just think less likely? That's at least my thought, but gains are gains & perhaps TUO earnings can just be rolled into TUD. Either way lots of good stuff happening beyond the current share price.

Rockport, Those are all good questions.  In theory, it would be like a Junior with tokens instead of shares. Unfrotunatley, we do not live "in theory" What we do know: 1)  Cunninghsam issued THEMSELVES 900 million tokens!!!!! 2) Cunningh was trying to raise $60 million with 100 million additional coins in a PP........but it apparently did not succeed so they moved to a ...more

Oh Larry why is the stock price remaining in the mid thirties if this is a lie ? Have you or any of your friends called Cunningham or American Creek and ask the "no money we are both broke and playing games here question" ?

Hey Rusty, Here is a thought, what if our bashers are connected to all the shares that Cannacord are buying up. Over a million dollars just in the last few weeks. Checking up on Cannacord and they appear to have a division that is called CG Capital Markets that help companies with acquisitions in block chain and in mining sectors. Cunningham is doing an acquisition in the block chain and mining ...more

Not a bad observation Golddigger

The Canaccorrd buying seems to line up time wise with the token listing/sales.  Maybe Cunninghsam is using $$$ to buy share on the cheap??  Would be smart.  There are reporting requirment but not sure if there is a deminimus threshold for reporting (For directors/mgmt, no minimum but for 3rd parties there is a 2% trigger) The $$ figure is more than what I think Cunninghsam has ...more

I saw a blurb on Utube , on I think it was Kitco , were they said Cannacorn had closed down or was closing down its Junior mining banking operation, not sure if it's the same, that's how things change Peter made that company thru that division into a behemoth. The guys on Tv where kind of chuckling saying it will be started back up in a year  or two .. Could that mean Larry could be ...more

Makes great sense to me. Otherwise, I thought it was odd Cunningham wasn't t buying shares cheaper than .43.

Mustang, they werent buyin cuz they had no $$$$$.  Look how much time it took them to come up with the $300k! BUt the move through 30 did start with the token tradingi..................and the sellers had to be majority Cunningham...................so makes sense.......might be wrong, but a real chance....
