Market Cap $2.6 billion US
The MD&A filed on Sedar with the 3rd Quarter financials ends with a chart of the somewhat convoluted share structure.
114 million shares fully diluted. So about $2.6 billion market cap implied?
What is escrowed or does not trade publicly somewhat opaque. Interesting in the discussion they note they intend to recruit aggressively and expect to use substantial share compensation arrangements as part of that. Intend to continue to pursue and consolidate properties and operations into their regularized and vertically integrated supply chain and management model.
The goal is to be the preeminent commercial brand with the greatest distribution and geographic coverage in the USA, for the time being under “The Botanist” as the prime brand and trademark.
The valuation is way ahead of performance but on the other hand they are off to a running start, the stock price has been in the main supported so far, and they haven’t even begun to market the company securities in such simple ways as having an updated investors’ portfolio or presentation with current info on their web site. There will be many entrants, valuation swings and twists and turns in this story. And away we go ...

Is this stock a good buy at this level? Why has it tanked in the last few days?
