$2.55 US payout to share holders this June when deal with Canopy is approved.

70$ for Canopy (or more) this Fall when there is decriminalization at the US Federal Government level.

70$ x 0.5818 = 40.73$ CAN
40.73$ divided by exchange rate of 1.38 = 29.51$ US

29.51 + 2.55 = 32.06$
32.06$ divided by today's value of 22$ = 1.457

Is a 45% gain fair by this fall ?

If Canopy reaches 80$ the gain would be 65%.
Canopy's 52 week high is at 76.68$
