but a triggering event should launch Canopy back to its glory days or higher. The deal is still a little cloudy to me and I would like to have somebody better qualified than I to do the projection using current shareprices. Anybody considering investing in this or Canopy should be doing the numbers anyway imho. I don't see Canopy walking away from this deal because the money has already been spent. All it is going to take to do it now is shares of Canopy for the factored shares of Acreage which will cause a little dilution but if the US investors rush in to buy Canopy, there won't be enough shares to satisfy that demand and historically when that happens, the sp goes up, as in, way up and with any luck there might be a bunch of shortsellers that get caught with their pants around their ankles. The American greenrush is going to happen imo, I just don't know when. I got in at a lot higher sp than we are getting now and Acreage has a lot of what Canopy is going to want. Infused beverages alone could take Acreage to higher highs as well as Canopy Growth. glta and dyodd
