Today’s numbers

Ok so I will take a shot at it using 10,000 shares as an example.

10,000 fixed shares@70%=7000 shares
multiply this by the 0.3048 Canopy conversion gives you 2,133.60 shares of Canopy. At today's share price that's $35,033.71 US.

3000 floating shares@a minumin $6.41 = 19,230. US

Now add the .30cents per share that we will also receive
which at 10,000 shares would be $3000 US

Total $ under the deal with 10,000 shares @ today's price would be $57,263.71 US.

Not sure if I'm right but took a shot at it, hope this helps.

10,000 shares of Acreage@$2.70 US= $27,000 US So $57,263.71- $27,000 = $30,263.71 US.  Under the deal you would have made $30,263.71 US as opposed to $27,000 US if you were just in Acreage at today's share prices. So almost double your money using today's share prices.
