Either way you probably know that while still on the board, the old cronies registered a company called Cambrian Mining Corporation and dumped their claims out of Atacama earlier this year into the new incarnation. While I do not know the terms of the blood bond between the two entities, I am curious about stripping out the assets prior to changing the board.
Word in the north is that 2017-18 prior to reorganization, the company (old cronies) had sold hundreds of thousands in stock to widowed pensioners in the States, then paid themselves fat administration fees while neglecting to pay drill contractors whom had worked for them. (Recent filings indicate some type of eventual resolution?). This does not foster investor confidence.
While the mining claims may or may not have merit, we question any undertaking while the former board has custody of any former assets, the details of which seemingly have not been disclosed. As due dilligence, we certainly would request a link to any and all such details if one should exist.
We will be taking these issues into consideration prior to giving a thumbs up to investment here.
