RP, if what you say is correct that companies do not have any influence on the release date, why would AXI,and Mr. Gingerich on May 10 make such a definitive statement as to the release date?

I dont recall the NR as saying subject to, or maybe, or anything about it not being a definite date..I will read it again. Maybe you should too.

This is a serious issue..Huge...If AXI does not release the DFS in the next few days they might just be toast. People are only going to believe the story for so long, even if some will continue to make excuses for them .  They have sold the story over and over.. Now it is time to put up..No more excuses.. We need the DFS....and a non-spin positive one.

Behr how much more simple can I put it to you.  A FS is an independent study that is put together by an independent body.  This independent body tells AXI that they excpect the FS to be released by this date...this is what the company goes by.  If a company needs to provide an update to the shareholders/public, what date do you want them to go by?  It's the only piece of
