XXP's voting on a loan guarantee

XXP's board of directors held a meeting and voted on a loan guarantee. I don't know if the translation is right. The guarantee is 10 billion Yuan = 1,6 billion USD !

Could anyone doublecheck the number and post it ? The guarantee looks like beeing used for AXI's project. What do you think ?

Part of the official XXP news (Google translator):

Thanks Tepin. Great research job! These numbers look pretty good. Obviously XXP didn`t change their plans to become a more integrated supplier of ductile pipes with their own iron ore supply. Things are looking very encouraging. Initially financing about 1 billion was part of the frame work agreement. Not these numbers are much higher. Now we have to think what their plan is. My guess is that they ...more

Sorry to burst the bubble, but this loan guarantee is not for AXI, it's for another of XinXing's many subsidiaries around the world involved in the steel and pipe businesses. Go to the XinXing website and read some Chinese. Stop fantasizing about nonsense. * If AXI was about to guarantee a $1.6 billion in loans to build Roche Bay wouldn't it make sense for them to sign a formal, legal ...more

I agree that nothing is confirmed yet but there are many indications that the loan guarantee is for AXI. XXP is involved in other resource projects, coal, copper and iron. None of those projects need such high investments. The loan guarantee is for 1, Name: Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Resource Development Co., Ltd. 2 Registered Capital: 100 million yuan; 3, the scope of business: investment in iron ...more

Cart before horse. Why would you apply for a massive loan for a project you have ZERO legal interest in? XinXing, because it's signed no joint venture, offtake, or partnership rights agreements with AXI has no legal stake in the Roche Bay C-Zone. AXI could sell their interest in Roche Bay C-zone to another steelmaker tomorrow. * XinXing has many subsidiaries and many investments, some of which ...more

Here is my offer: If XXP's loan guarantee  (1,6 billion USD) for their subsidary Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Resource Development Co., Ltd. (founded in Sept. 2012) is planned to be used for financing AXI's project you and all your identities stop posting on SH forever. If not, I will stop posting on SH forever. Tepin

Tepin there is only one person who would live up to their end of the deal...and that woudl be you.  The chicken _ _ _ _ would make a deal and then change his name again.  Don't waste your time. Wasn't this the same guy whose posted a million times that mining in the north kills projects yet he states that the stock price is up because of Baffinland.  The announcement the ...more

Sorry, Mr. $3 Billion NPV, no really cares if you post on Stockhouse or not. Though you should feel bad about those poor misinformed souls you've mislead on the German board. * Don't bet me, if you're certain that XinXing is about to guarantee $1.6 billion in loans for AXI (market cap $27 million), then sell your house and car and buy a few million shares. Securing that much money will ...more

Let's put it this way: If the loan guarantee is not for AXI's project I will stop posting on SH forever. You can do whatever you want to. PS: I almost hold 1% of AXI's shares. So I don't think I will sell my house or car.

So you've lost around US $200K in this investment in the last year? Are you on a mission to bankrupt yourself? * Do you own other stocks or is the ONE GENIUS IDEA?

I lost book value, that's it. I bought very cheap in 2008/2009. Right now I am even. I am convinced that RB will be a mine. That's all I can say. I am playing no games like you. I am a long term investor in iron ore.

It sounds like you're from New York City?  How's A-Rod these days?
Comment by HVAN1 on Dec 06, 2012 11:58am
Tepin:  So your story is that you bought cheap in 2008/2009 but didn't sell when AXI ran up in 2010, therefore you haven't lost real money. But if you really own nearly 1% of AXI you lost about over $1 million in paper profits by not selling during the run up. You're one of the worst investors I've ever heard of. Are you really bragging about "not playing games" ...more

I stick to my long term strategy. I was successful in the past and I will be this time. I have a lot of time. I am still young and don't need the money invested in AXI. My day will come. Ask yourself why someone is willing to take over a million book value loss ? If you find the answer you understand my long term strategy.

I am with you on this Tepin. I also have not sold a single share and actually bought more today at .165. I also have, what for me is a lot invested here. You have done the math and have come to understand the value in long term investing. Anyone who honestly thinks they could have jumped around from one penny stock to the next and made money when the overall pennystock market  ...more

I've asked myself why someone would take a $1 million loss in a single TSX Venture exchange junior, and the obvious answers are either lunacy or stupidity. Leaning towards lunacy, since you seem very proud of losing that much money. * Are there any limits to your lunacy? If XinXing doesn't sign the joint venture agreement with AXI sometime in 2013 will your confidence be shaken? How about ...more

Lunacy ? NO Stupidity ? NO Proud of loosing money ? Definetly not ! The last 2 years have been hard and I understand anybody who sold and went on. I didn't like the decreasing share price at all. You are right AXI and XXP have to sign the JV very soon or AXI has to find a new JV partner. I see only very little chance that XXP is walking away. Your question is interesting: "What exactly ...more

I can see why you would think its Lunacy or stupidity because its not a space you are familiar with. I turned $50,000 into a million (i am not trying to brag) just sayin its a space i am familiar with. A space with lots of ups and downs not to mention risk. If AXI can't get XinXing to sign a JV agreement for Roche Bay C-zone in 2013 will you sell your shares then? John Gingerich has a brilliant record of success with every company he's been a part of. In fact, he's a broken slot machine. Put money in with him and it's just endless winning. Look at what's happening RIGHT NOW. 33% gains in 2 days. We'll all be billionaires by the summer.

You do not post like a person that owns any shares in AXI so while we may not make a million in this play you for sure will not make any money. Go find a way to make some money guy because what you are doing here is not going to make you any money, and we are the dum dums? :)
