Just my 2 cents rounded up!
I can’t see anything pointing to lower commodity prices in the near future. The smaller cash strapped exploration companies that fold on the venture do to a lack of funding won’t help commodity prices go lower. The bigger blue chip mining companies want commodity prices to stay strong to maintain their margins going forward. The growth coming from USA and China won’t keep down commodity prices. The bigger mining outfits won’t help smaller exploration companies at this time. They paid much for resources juniors in 2008 and a shortage in raw materials is good business for these bigger mining companies. If AXI is one of the smaller exploration companies fortunate get money to advance its operations while the venture exchange comes off market bottoms after this shake out, shareholders here could reap the rewards of going long.
Just my 2 cents rounded to a nickel!
Best of luck to all longs!
