What does this "JV" mean for shareholders?

"Parkson shall have the right to earn an 80% equity interest in Savik. AEI shall retain a 20% interest in Savik as free carry until the substantial completion of the mine and attainment of first commercial production."

1. Parkson assumes most of AEI's debt
2. Savik NOW OWNS RB and Tuktu
3. Parkson OWNS 80% of Savik
4. YOU *SHAREHOLDERS* OWN 80% LESS of Savik
5. XDIP can exercise to own 19.9 percent of AEI

This sounds like a SCAM, because XDIP can own 19.9% and Parkson can own 80% which means ALL CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS WILL GET SCREWED TO OWN 0.1%

YOU ALL GOT SCREWED
