IMIC Side Deals

If IMIC RTO’s AFF the following agreements announced 17 April, take effect:

  1. Agreement with CRM for Nkout Project
    1. IMIC and AIOG Jointly Announce Reinforcement of their Cooperation with China Railway Materials Company with an Agreement on the Nkout Project in Cameroon
    2. International Mining and Infrastructure Corporation plc ("IMIC") and African Iron Ore Group Limited ("AIOG") are pleased to announce that they have signed a new Cooperation Agreement ("the Agreement") with CRM (Hong Kong) Trading Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the leading Chinese state-owned trading enterprise, China Railway Materials Company Ltd ("CRM"). The agreement has been executed within the context of the Cooperation Agreement executed between AIOG and CRM on 4th July 2012, which envisaged a broad collaboration focusing primarily on Chinese off-take of African iron ore from AIOG sponsored projects.
  2. Agreement with CREEC for Nkout Project
    1. IMIC and AIOG Jointly Announce Reinforcement of their Cooperation with China Railways Eryuan Engineering Company with an Agreement on the on the Nkout Project in Cameroon
    2. International Mining and Infrastructure Corporation plc ("IMIC") and African Iron Ore Group Limited ("AIOG") are pleased to announce that they have signed a new Agreement with China Railways Eryuan Engineering Company ("CREEC"), a fully owned subsidiary of China Railway Group ("CREC"), the leading Chinese state-owned infrastructure company in railway construction.

Seems Railway and Offtake have been settled!
