Just my two cents

You make a very good point Dan, about the share count rising with nothing tangible to show for it. I would however argue this company is facing the same headwinds as many smallcaps are in this country. I have always invested in startups in industries that I have personally worked in. Mining, oil and gas etc., however it is becoming quite clear to me that obtaining financing for a startup in this country is nothing short of loan sharking. When you look at the total cost of obtaining capital I am personally invested in oil companies that are paying well in excess of 20% for money when you consider interest, options and shareprice appreciation in all stock deals. Comparing this to our neighbors to the south our sharecounts here are commonly triple what theirs our. Which leads me to question where is our venture capital and why is it not available to our companies with proven leadership teams?  After all Mike is the last person to take a startup to a producing profitable company in potash mining in this province. BHP will be next but last time I checked they were not struggling for  financing. I realize we are a long way from our markets in many cases which makes us less competitive but this can't be the only reason. Anyhow just my two cents
