I've been watching it for a while and finally bought today. Dividend is good, we are in seasonal strength for Consumer Staples and it has been hammered, (possibly a bit too hard)! It has a future and there is more insider buying than selling. Hope it pops as the air clears!

Waiting for a faint whiff of turn in fortune. Trudeau sure didn’t help. Indian market is a total shut out to agt. Prices are weak, plantings down etc etc.  sure likes like it can’t get any worse but I’d like to see some hint of light. Who knows how low it can go.

New lows almost every day. CNR and CPR are both getting yelled at for not moving crops to port. Possible trade war with the USA does nothing for their ingredient business. Even the CEO is staying off BNN. Watching from the sidelines.

I still think the market is taking a short sighted view. AGT has unique assets and isn't standing still. Although India is a large market they still export to over 120 countries. I'm taking a longer term view with a small position in this defensive play. Sit back, enjoy the dividend, hope for a pop. Goes down significantly further I'll take another position. Lets see if the insiders ...more

Awesome! Well said. We all thank you for your opinion. Getting into the stock at this point is a gamble but having a small position keeps me interested and ready to drop in a bigger position in the future. Picking the bottom is hard to do. Remember we have run down from a 40$ stock to a 15$ stock and are now sitting in oversold territory. Should people sell out at this point??? What's your ...more
