No news releases up, but given the sudden jump just minutes after 10 am, I take it the special resolution passed? Hindsight is always 20/20, I regret sitting on the sidelines for this... my gut felt

My guess is that Management is watching the proxies that have come back so far and we may see a meeting postponement if the numbers don't work out as they want.
