Covid low of $1.12 taken out

Remember a time when no one was travelling and the distribution was also 0. We are now trading below that. Welcome back panic.

Interest rates were low back then and HOT wasn't facing refinancing at levels not even considered possible back then. Apples and oranges. Everyone knew labor costs/availability and general inflation was a major problem. Pile on high interest rates, and the writing was on the wall. Glad I got out a long time ago.

True, but in March 2020 when the distribution was cut and this hit $1.12 no one was travelling... no one. What good are low rates when no one can travel?  At $1.46 pre-announcement much of this was priced in. Overreaction.
