Market Cap now $15M
Brookfield getting ready to go for the jugulars. They are the best in the business.
Brookfield modus operandi (from Stelco experience): Loan funds to weak management companies at loan-shark rates with stringent caveats. Pound the stock into the ground. When a trivial caveat is not met, swoop in and force the company into bankruptcy, grab all assets for outstanding loan (all other stakeholders get sympathy). Reformat the company’s financial report and sell it in a year or two at a huge profit.
