I've seen this movie before

The only reason management are showing up for work is that they've got severance agreements in their employment contracts. In this type of environment nothing gets done but coffee and lunch. Is it too late for wholesale change? I think that depends on what Brookfield want out of this deal.

Been there as well. Brookfield  will give ARF management a diamond handshake to get  ARF for zero.
