Every contributor to this board appreciates that freely given information and insights may not be perceived by the targeted management as having great worth. Chances are that the executive team at Armtec either does not see, read or consider any of what we is posted. They have completely walled themselves off from easy external contact. Armtec may well be one of the few publicly traded companies that has no known e-mail contact system. Although phone numbers are given for different office locations there is no way a concerned shareholder is ever going to speak with Mark Anderson or a Board member nor is it likely that there would be any reply to a mailed letter. There simply are no effective communications channels, save the farce of the quarterly conference call, for use by external audiences. A wonderful but tragic example of people who don't know what they don't know and who seem determined to not find out. As always, it's time to look into the level of severance or change of control packages some of this team may think they are entitled to come the day that their bank (CIBC) or Brookfield either forces some kind of restructuring or acquisition in exchange for debt forgiveness.

I am sure that executive management has a severance package outlined in their contract. That may be one reason they don't feel a need to actually develop a viable plan, get Board, Bank, and Brookfield's approval, and implement said plan. Sad state of affairs...need a white knight...but that isn't likely
