You cant take a company over without paying its lenders anything. If the go banko, they would need to sell everything and distribute a partial amount according to what the law gornverns. Pay employee, amount owe to government etc. You cant just take a company over and operate as if nothing happened. They need to seek BK protection but if brookefield take this over than lenders would need to be paid.  Correct me if i'm wrong

I,m still expecting a bounce towards 0.10.  Could be wrong...

It may bounce even higher than 0.10 and after delisting from TSX, stock will be moved to TSX Venture
