New Armtec is an affiliate of Brookfield Capital Partners Fund III LP - this is a private equity fund.  Brookfield Transaction means bye-bye to existing shares effective June 1, unless something happens that interrupts the Brookfield Transaction before then.

A portion of the 155 M$ of receivables can be due by Brookfield affilialed, like Broofield Properties for sound wall or building facing panels etc. If it the case Brookfield was creditor and debitor at the same time and in conflict of interest in that deal to takeover ARMTECH. Only Brookfield and the ARF management team know about who is the debitor of ARMTECH receavables.

Receivables are used to secure their operating loan with CIBC.

The loan is 30 M$ and recevable is 155 M$
