(RAD) has signed a new authorized dealer and expects to receive an order for at least 8 ROSA security robots from the dealer’s largest client within days. The dealer and the end user client are located in the Detroit, Michigan area. The dealer has long-standing business relationships with leaders in the automotive industry and additional details will be released in the future.

RAD’s parent company AITX intends to file for listing on the OTCQB within 10 days of filing its YE2022 10-K which is expected in May.
