RESULTS have been released -- they look better than expected

to me, at least compared to what the analyst listed in Yahoo.ca had been expecting: ie.., achieved earnings of $0.55/share vs. $0.28 estimated... any other thoughts?

yes I like them.

Run-rate payout ratio of 94$, vs. 92% they gave in the PR about the BCC deal. Interesting... Also "relatively short time frame" for the additional BCC contributions. Vague, yes, but I've been wondering if that was going to be months or years or what. Hopefully we'll find out more in the CC.

I haven't looked closely, but run-rate payout might have increased due to the raise in interest rates.
