any reason why it is still declining?

This is the only dividend stock in my account that keeps dropping.... Why?



As long as they don't cut dividends, I am okay with the share price decline though

I got a news blurb that was downgraded to neutral from outperform at CIBC. Other than that earnings are Thursday. Its likely not recovering because with this Sandbox news people are worried with any other additional bad news the old Alaris may return.

A recession could impact some of the portfolio investments such as the plastic surgery centers. Potential buyers will want "color" (to use the analyst vernacular) on the Sandbox sale. As of Q3, Sandbox was carried on the balance sheet for approx CAD $80 million. Guranteed proceeds are only 50% of the carrying value.
