Never comfortable

I've owned Alaris since 2011 when I bought the majority of my stake. All along, some weird stumbles, followed by elation have been the name of the game. But never any big scores either. All my purchases since 2016 are under water. By more than 20% ..  My capital loss is -11.03% but including dividends I am up 24.98%. Not too long ago, the capital was break even. When it gets back there I will be selling. About 26,000 shares at the moment. For some reason, Alaris never provided confidence to the markets, although their conference calls etc. were just fine. There are more confident places to put your money I think.

It is one of those stocks that gets punished a lot every single tim esomething goes remotely wrong.  Same with Great Canadian Gaming. Gets punished on a day when they beat expectations by a lot - got upgrades in price target by two analysts who were on the call and was up 5.5% and ends the day down 4.5 - 5%  Sometimes the market just does not make sense.
