Outdoor Harvest...this month?

When did we harvest last year's crop?

Has it been a good season for growing up there?   I'm in the Deep South...please advise!

Can only speak for small scale individual growers, but yes, very much so.  One would expect conditions were also very good for their outdoor crop and the yield will per plant will be even better than last year.

Flowering now, October is harvest.

I believe it was early/mid Oct, but I don't know for sure.  I think this year was a staggered planting, so not sure when they plan to start, but there is a good four weeks or more of growing season left.
