outdoor rules!

anyone who has ever grown weed can tell you that it's like night and day comparing indoor grown plants to outdoor. 

do they use seasonal labor for harvesting?

That is a question we would like to have clairity on. Weekly the company is a posting new Job postings for all of the Companies Licensed Facilities.   The Company also furthered investment in additional infrastructure at the Port Perry Facility to manage the 2020 outdoor cultivation harvest, along with the purchase of planting and harvesting equipment. Yeah he is not an experienced grower.  They are definitely hermies that started out as female clones.  So many other people growing in their back yards pollinating the females is a problem in a subdivision with so many other people growing.
