Thats why the BFARM is still waiting to visit the construction sites in Germany that they awarded the tenders to?  Thats only for domestic growing, and frankly they wont have enough with that. Plus they've admitted they have no real clue how much medicinal gets used. Me thinks that Demecan wont be able to fufill their part with Wayland out of the picture, and its anyones guess how

Fantino announced his resignation in April of 2020, effective no later than May 15th, 2020.  The date in your post is wrong. A quick google search of the quote attributes this to May of 2019.  So your facts are wrong...That being said, here we are a year and a half later, and GMP certification could be annouced any day now.
