The time is ripe for aleaf to file for that nasdaq listing. I have reached out to Aleaf Investor Relations to as about their previous announced intention of filing. Waiting for a response but of course they will likely refrain from comment until the announcemeng comes. Minimum share price for an initial Nasdaq listing is $4.00 US per share when I looked last. We are at .90 Canadian. Only way would be for a 1 to 5 reverse stock split. Feel like losing 80% of your shares? Time is ripe? Settle down Grasshopper

Lol! Listen bro my background is 30 years experiencd in markets and research management pisitions at the second largest independent investment firm in Canada. So i know what listing requirements are. When Aleaf first consider the US listing they were trading at like $1.60 so not as if they were unaware of need for reverse split. Reverse split also helps to force shorts to cover as less shares out ...more
