Could a prospective buyer be responsible for a least some of the downward pressure since that last decent spike. They could have accumulated enough to then just sell enough to keep it where it is. If AH had moved up to $2.00+/-, the lower end of a buyout would be 3-4 hundred million dollars more. So why not?

mmm, might be a little risky of a move. But frankly if this is the case I think we're looking at more than a 3-400m buyout. Quite possibly an all share deal, but that would put our valuations low. If they clean the books and get everything purdy then I'm thinking more along the lines of 2-2.50/share which would put the aquisition around 600 - 700mil. Its only makes sense considering the

Doesnt make you wonder whats going on. Its been spelled out already. The sector has been in retreat mode the last few days. All the big names are returning to even as we speak so ideally momentum moves everyone shortly and carries into tomorrow when she pops.  Most here are long and have their bets placed, so not alot of retail buying. You are onto something.  A potential M&A will only intensify if the debt is cleaned up. Goodwill needs to be dealt with accordingly. Pray for it. Will it get addressed? Doubt it.

Tracker, I'm suprised you didnt get in on it when Observer and I were going on about write downs? It certainly needed to be done and I'm happy they did, although Q3 2020 would have been the optimal time to have done it. Like you mention a 3.8m loss is peanuts compared to peers. Lets see how the market reacts to this. Might do a full write up after the earnings call if time permits. Lets
