Could a prospective buyer be responsible for a least some of the downward pressure since that last decent spike. They could have accumulated enough to then just sell enough to keep it where it is. If AH had moved up to $2.00+/-, the lower end of a buyout would be 3-4 hundred million dollars more. So why not?

Prospective buyers focus on enterprise value.

You are onto something. A potential M&A will only intensify if the debt is cleaned up. Goodwill needs to be dealt with accordingly. Pray for it. Will it get addressed? Doubt it.
