I think he was just getting pissed off at management ineptitude and he has several hundred thousands worth of gains elsewhere so going to take the loss and move on.  I still own some but not goingto be watching this as closely anymore.  As others have stated , a dumpster fire but the arsonist gets paid $1 million/year for the work.

LOL!  You are a joker guy.  Much of what a CEO has to do is actually about execution and set proper expectations for shareholders.  It is not our job to do the CEOs job.  He has access to resources and information that we do not have.  To a large degree we are supporting him in buying into the company but as shareho;ders we shoul;d expect him to execute and also guide
