What? I expected to see comments

On Benic's remarks here so I would not have to waste time listening to Mr Potato head on the virtual conference myself. Wow! A few months ago there were lots of Benic fans here getting on my case for criticizing him but apparently no one much interested in what he has to say any more. I wonder why?

Frankly maybe its less that they dont care about Benic, but perhaps that no-one cares to exchange words with you? Perhaps they all know why they're invested here and dont care to debate the minutia and hearsay?

Actually I think most of the long term holders asking themselves why the hell did I invest in this weak company in a weak sector. Many of the other long term holders or posters have disappeared. Those who bought at recent lows have a good chance of a decent return but you have to rely more on historical trading patterns instead of any hyperbole that proceeds out of Benic's mouth.

I think you spun that little narrative out of your own frustration. Many of the long term holders know this is the doldrums of summer and the ol addage "sell in may and walk away" rings very true in this sector. The volume is very indicative of who's trading the stock. When 80% of the companies charts move entierly in tandem with one another, you know for certainty that its algo ...more

I was frustrated earlier on in the year because I felt like I fell for Benic's little charade. Going back to that infamous virtual conference last January almost everything he talked about did not come to fruition. Eu gmp in 4-6 weeks when he knew they missed inspection in december due to covid restrictions, talking up $7 per gram weed via exports, no Israel sales, nothing of consequence out ...more

No barrier to entry!!! Dummy lol

Yeah I'm a dummy.  Tons of barriers to entry.  That is why why have 761 health Canada licences.  It is a joke bro.  Anyone with a few hundred thousand dollars can open up a significant operation which all helps to eat into market share and overall pricing.  There is little brand recogntion so marketing $$ for the most part is a waste of time.  In addition to that ...more

In addition to that I did not say no barriers to entry but over 700 licences pretty much tell the story in combination with bulk pricing of .40/gram Aleaf received down from 2.50 last year.  It would be a good development if Health Canada stopped issuing new licences.  Too many producers and over production to boot.   This was my comment. "Crappy industry in a sector ...more
