Debentures down another 6% today

Down to 46. Hey we have a deal for you. Market right now says your Debentures are worth 18 million. How about we pay you $9 million and change you conversion price to .28. Aleaf gets out from under that debt and maybe you get back more of your money when stock rallies or the sell the company. 10k kg of high quality weed on the books and up to 2500kg per month coming from greenhouse to be shipped internationally. Book the capital loss and continued improvement in operations under new ceo instead of Benic who quietly departed into the cold night.

less than 2K worth changed hands - a whopping 4K face value traded. This is tightly held and illiquid. 2 players control the vote. Same ones that showed former exec the door - in order to bring them to the table. I don't think your deal will pass - they own you for the time being.

They are the ones that are owned Rad. I am not on the hook for $37 million of debentures that the market know are not worth even .50 on the dollar.

I thought you were a common share holder. You are trading at what 11 cents on the dollar. Debentures call the shots until the secured debt comes due. That's just the way it works.
