Wtf dude get some help..... "As a result, David Bell, a 35-year-old Guelph male was arrested for indecent act as well as breaching his probation order. Bell is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 18, 2018."

Never been to Guelph. Arizona is were I call home. I do recall rad10 mentioning Texas a lot. I read he left the U.S and moved to Canada after serving his prison time.
