When negotiating on behalf of debenture holders the "Oliver Twist" approach is rarely successful.

Towering's astute observations about "negotiating from a position of strength". Couldn't have been further from reality.... poor old Oliver stood more chance of getting endless shrimp at Red Lobster......

Lol - A big fat zero, but "the debentures were never in default". Strong work AdHoc, strong work!

  Dear Them/They, I've come to realize that I've entierly forgot about most of these little details, and am giddy with nostalgia everytime you remind me. I've also realized that if I'm a carnival barker, you're the main attraction. I mostly just come here to see what crazy whacka-doodle, geese over the lake thing you say next.
