For US OTC, right on their site: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ALXDF/quote For Canadian exchanges, you can use stockcharts.com, with "Full Quote" checked.

Thanks - I see it for the OTC market but not on stockcharts.com. I see the "Full Quote" check box but still don't see a list of bids/asks when that is selected and the chart updated. Sorry to bother!

Oh, you're not going to see a list, just the best bid and ask. Seeing market depth is a service that will usually cost extra money, unless your broker provides it.
