Good Morning All,

I found a very informative study on the process and economic impact of publicly announcing the pursuit of strategic alternatives. Anybody concerned with our current situation should find this analysis interesting and reassuring.

IMO, the chance of a sale is near 100%. The biggest questions are how many bidders exist, and how valuable are Alexandria's assets over the current market cap.

NP, Interesting paper. - Sale of the company is certainly an options. But we have not heard any suggestions from the Special Committee. Even though they said they are not obliged to say anything, but given the current sitation with Owens coming out in the open with his view about the current BoD, it may be of interest to the current board to "brief" shareholders on potential options ...more

GH, I know the uncertainty and lack of details have been excrutiating for everyone, especially when we had the expectation of a resource estimate by the end of January. I think an additional news release by the BoD, outside of the RE, would be helpful, because EO is filling the "vacuum" with his perspective. I'm not sure what the reasons are for the quiet period, but I think the ...more
