Great Special Committee

Wow "Great Special Committee" !  WTF....

As previously announced, a Special Committee of the Board of Directors has been tasked with, among other things, examining strategic alternatives for the Company, which include evaluating and implementing financing alternatives, considering possible joint venture and other strategic transactions, and assessing potential merger and acquisition proposals. The Special Committee is committed to acting in the best interests of shareholders, including by considering and pursuing transactions that may result in the sale of AZX and the displacement of management. There is no defined timeline for the strategic review. The review of strategic alternatives may result in a variety of outcomes or no outcome and there can be no assurance that the Company will pursue or execute any specific action or transaction. The Company will provide such further announcements or comments regarding the review of strategic alternatives as it considers appropriate. C63

More money for my shares or even more money for my shares. That's my kind of uncertainty. It is obvious Sprott is now in control. Next up is Bonterra. GLTAL

I'm not sure what your concerns are, this is standard language for a preliminary M&A sale process. I literally just posted a comprehensive analysis of this. It's clear to me EO was against AZX being sold to or merged with another entity. I'm not sure why I'm spending so much time sharing my research, if everyone is going to simply ignore it. NextPhase Your post was quite informative. It was not ignored. I was going to comment back myself to Calgary63 similar to your reply, but didn't want to waste my breath if he can't read.
