Level 2 Data

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if there is level 2 data is available for tsxv (Azx stock)? Where it can be found? Is there any free resource?

Thank you to everyone answering my previous question and I appreciate your patience as I am new to investing in stocks in the past month and am trying to learn as much as I can.

To that note if anyone could recommend a specific book, blog, training course, or resource that is a good place for a beginner to start it would be greatly appreciated.
