Absolutely crazy shi-!  Both parties seem to be slinging mud at each other publicly, each 
promising that their course of action is better for the shareholders......
Meanwhile everyone and their uncle knows the potential "merger" company, and
it appears the price.  Might be time to tell the substandard shareholders ??!!!

Maybe I'm just throwing sh!t against the wall to see if it sticks, but I haven't seen anyone mention QMX as a possible merger canditate.  While some here might think that this is not in the best interest of AZX shareholders,  (i.e. not a "big player takeover) QMX also owns a huge portion of land in the same region as AZX, and they do have something that AZX lacks, that being ...more

Galley.......... I mentioned Qmx before .  Most here preferred discussing probe and the others. The two land possessions do make for major land area. QMX  have 5 rigs on property for spring drill program. I forget thir $$$$ situation.

Galley......I checked back...Interestingly Osisko gold royalty owns 14% of Qmx and probe owns 9%. Qmx has about $5 million cash, about 170 million shares out.

mystuque..  thanks for the reply.  Considering both companies have a relatively low market cap, it would be interesting to see how it would valued if they merged.  Again, appreciate the feedback and the perspectives of the posts on this board.  It's refreshing to visit a board with such positive insight on things.
