Someone / a few  noted that this was to be the basis for AZX evaluation as per comments of the commitee. Don't see any market speculation incorporating this supposition, Also, the back and forth nonsense precipitated by EO does not strengthen our position of taking this kind of stance. Perhaps he himself is expecting a moving percentage evaluation and a low bid (s) to support his case. If you look back over the last few months the takeover / merger of any junior was done on a 30-50 percentage moving share price basis. We know we are undervalued but when it comes down to it how strong a position do we have to enforce this approach to prospective buyers even if the RE confirms our past successes. Naturally a spike in gold prices during this period could help.

If AZX accepts a buyout price that significantly undervalues its real assets, then either the M&A market is much softer then it seems, or the BoD failed in its duties to maximize ...more
