Yeah, you're right Ugly, what was I thinking, clearly there are many many offers for a 400% premium, lined up out the door, they've waited until this precise moment to suddenly offer huge amounts of cash, it happens all of the time. I agree what were you thinking. Your understanding of the full scope is cute. You might not realize AZX properties well enough which makes your bold statements on this board too direct with property as with PRB. Not discounting DP and team however this is a younger brother with and massive gold in shallow ground property. I think there are now multiple bids! RYU
