GO- the way I see it now with your analysis, PRB is in a difficult situation as PRB shareholders are now expecting a takeover especially with SP decline. AZX BoD seems rather content and patient at the moment Ex. RE release. Although they might be able to release this now with Agnico in the midst. Has PRB played their cards too early? JMO.

Yes I agreed with all points. Although I don't think they will release the RE now until fully ready to announce who is involved which will happen shortly after. JMO.

Well, I dont really agree but that why boards are here ! PRB is willing to spend 7 million give or take for Cadillac Break East ...and they also get Sleepy 70 % of a proven high grade 300,000 ounce ( 210,000 net ounces not including probable ). I hold a lot of PRB and didn't think anything > $ 1.50 would hold.   Should be around $ 1.30-1.50.........maybe a little more

Hey mystique1  --  yeah, this last 2-week period was a real killer.  Certainly looks pretty obvious that short traders sense something imminently is about to happen that will adversely affect prb's sp.  I'd steer clear of buying probe for now.   Jmvho. goldopp

If anyone thinks Probe is merging or amalgamating with Alexandria they should cut down on their cannabis intake. Probe is incredibly overvalued compared to Alexandria. EOM

Doubtful...96 miilion O/S shares good treasury + around 2 million ounces and more to come....versus 580 million outstanding shares, no treasury, 2.3 million ounces (roughly). Market Cap reflects values... Beside no one is interested in the Juniors...right now anyways....if people were...PRB 1.70 and AZX 0.15 ....but this is not the case. I suspect nothing will happen....because PRB has 12-14 km

Yes you are correct, PRB doesn't need AZX just like all the other juniors out there that cannot afford to split there focus. Most juniors now are minimizing exploration properties and concentrating on one or two as thet know they have to build up resources within a sought after jurisdiction. Going to be area plays from here on in especially if GP breaks out and all the bigs are on the line

Hey BTG1  --  probe is a very fine company, and is run extremely well.  However, you sound too complacent about probe.  Perhaps you should read the latest short data on probe.  It seems to indicate that serious money is betting that probe will take a pretty big hit in the next little while.  Maybe you can explain what's going on.  Glta.   Jmvho

Hey currower  --  You and I are on the same page that "probe is incredibly overvalued compared to Alexandria".  However, their overvalued market cap could theoretically enable them to buyout alexandria (or someone else) using equity/cash.  Perhaps the latest prb short report is thinking the exact same thing.  Just speculating.     Jmvho. goldopp
