Vote Proxy Early
As Shylock, I and others are doing, try and vote your proxy early to give BoD a more timely indication of support levels. Sooner the BoD knows they have the needed votes, the more timely they can continue to plan and initiate further external discussions in implementing what needs to be done. They are likely getting up-to-date briefings from Kingsdale Advisors.
Simply call Kingsdale Advisors at 1-866-229-8214 or 1-416-867-2272 and do it via telephone

If you do not have your proxy voting package yet and want to review first, they will e-mail you a copy right away and discuss with you if nececarry.Process takes only a few minutes.

I got call from kingsdale and I voted on phone with board.they told me I will get my confirmation in mail of my vote.
