MikeN It looks like the trade was real and someone spent $315 (plus commission) for 9000s @ 0.035, see stockwatch below. But, TD shows 20k @ 0.035 as the last trade at about the same time 13:03:59. Something looks screwy. But, regardless, 9k or 20k at closing (just past 1pm,... people taking off early for 4 July?) just means that somebody is trying to paint the tape (They just wanted to show a
