They delayed the RE and manipulated the results to minimize the RE. Why? I believe they did promised a low sale to the original potential buyer 8mons ago. For what reasons for themselves? Probably shares and position in the new company. Not saying EO isnt to blame for this mess. Either way shareholders will have a chance to vote for any sale. JMO.

Thx We will see. I believe AEM will buy AZX out and as ES is in there as well it will need to be worthwhile especially for management which should win the vote. Around $0.20-0.22/share. They will then get all drill and lab results completed and issue a new proper RE. After the new results come in they will do a JV with a smaller explorer (likely Probe) and utilize there management. EO is a straight shooter imo. Sprott is a thief. Some of the board members were in Sprott's back pocket. He was using them to sell AZX properties cheap to another company he was also an investor or on the board of. AND he was going to do this at the benefit of him and a small group at the expense of us shareholders. Trying to get AZX on the cheap probably by PRB. Then AEM will buyout PRB. AEM

Hey Glock2637 -- EO is a wealth destroyer, imo,  I rest my case on his highly dilutive (and possibly illegal) financing scheme, which he still has not come clean on.  SPROTT is a wealth creator.  The guy's a billionaire after all.  I'd infinitely much rather have Sprott and his considerable influence determine alexandria's future.   Sprott has my vote.

Sprott is a thief" I would say "not so fast" based on the history of the two gentlemen. - EO: He may be a straight shooter, but his aim has been all over the place. Take the Financing package as an example, the original one (the one that was scapped) was for about $21.5M, minus commission of $1.5M part of which would go to MV&
