The meeting was very short, only a reading g out of the votes. Owens lost 177 million to 113 million on the matter of his dismissal. At the conclusion, an elderly gentleman in the second row asked why he received two blue proxies and only one yellow. After a muffled response from PeterGundy, a woman who was certainly an insider made a motion to terminate the meeting, Priya Patil seconded and the meeting was over. No chance for anyone to say or ask anything because this whole thing is crooked and they didn't dare let anyone say or ask anything.

During the meeting, yes until the end. They cut off the gentleman with the forms question. Mary Vorvis was sitting towards the back and tried to get them to respond but they said the meeting had already been terminated. Another man towards the back asked if they couldn't just have an informal discussion amongst shareholders but they wouldn't allow it. I think everyone knew going in what
