Plus no funds to drill or settle with the labs...

I see 0.03 the maybe trade swap or 0.02 the trade swap.

PRB has frozen the best part 70 % of Sleepy and 14 km of Cadilllac Break...got enough cash to drill and get a resource...including expanding sleepy.  Say 30 months...

In 30 months AZX will have another 60-70 million shares out just to pay bills no drilling..

PRB can wait.  The two shares will go in divergent directions...PRB up and AZX down.

I still think AZX will get to 0.02 PRB will be at 2.20...and we will see a complete swap.

110 Share AZX for 1 share PRB.  Maybe cash kicker doubtful.

Or AZX closes the doors...and PRB's option is worth something to bid on or they purchase to 100 %  ( an additional 30% of Cadillac break for say 3 million ) get the best deposits and AZX gets a little drilling cash...continues o for 6 months then there toast.

Either way there Toast !
